New Camera, New Year!

I’ve been searching for a new camera for a month or two and finally got one! I used the site Flickr.com a lot to find what the best camera was for me. Originally I wanted something smaller that could fit into my purse but I couldn’t find one that would let me take the kind of pictures I wanted. So I got the Canon S3 IS. It’s a D-SLR/point and shoot hybrid. The first picture below is one I took as I headed to Pacific University (a college I’m applying to) with my old camera and then the next pictures are the first pictures taken with my new camera.
